Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Delta Tax Force, LLC, located at 1201 N. Watson Rd., Suite 174B, Arlington, Texas. By booking a service, submitting a form, or engaging us in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
Delta Tax Force provides the following professional services:
- Federal and state individual income tax preparation and filing (Form 1040 and applicable schedules).
- Business tax return preparation (Schedule C, S-Corp, Partnership, and related forms).
- Self-employed and 1099 contractor tax filing.
- Multi-year tax return preparation and amendment filing (Form 1040-X).
- Tax planning and financial strategy consultations.
- IRS audit defense and correspondence support.
- ITIN application assistance.
Services are rendered based on the information provided by the client. Delta Tax Force is not responsible for errors arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent information submitted by the client.
2. Client Responsibilities
By engaging Delta Tax Force, you agree to:
- Provide complete, accurate, and timely information required for your tax preparation or consultation.
- Review all prepared documents before signing or authorizing electronic filing.
- Notify us promptly of any changes to your financial situation, filing status, or contact information.
- Retain copies of all documents submitted to and received from Delta Tax Force.
- Cooperate fully with any IRS or state tax authority inquiry related to returns we have prepared.
You understand that your signature (physical or electronic) on any tax return constitutes certification that the information is true, correct, and complete to the best of your knowledge, as required by 26 U.S.C. § 6065.
3. Fees & Payment
Service fees are determined based on the complexity of your return and the scope of services requested. Fees will be communicated to you prior to the commencement of work. Delta Tax Force reserves the right to adjust fees for returns that prove more complex than initially represented.
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless a separate payment arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.
- Returned checks or failed electronic payments are subject to a $35 processing fee.
- Unpaid balances may result in withholding of completed returns until payment is received.
- We do not offer refund advance loans or tax anticipation loans.
4. Accuracy & Representations
Delta Tax Force prepares tax returns based solely on information provided by the client. We do not audit or independently verify the accuracy of documents submitted. The client is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of source documents provided.
While we strive for absolute accuracy, Delta Tax Force does not guarantee specific tax refund amounts or tax outcomes. Tax law is subject to change, and refund amounts are determined solely by the IRS and applicable state agencies.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Delta Tax Force's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Delta Tax Force shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to IRS penalties, interest, or assessments arising from inaccurate information provided by the client, changes in tax law, or events beyond our reasonable control.
In the event Delta Tax Force makes a verifiable error in the preparation of your return, our sole obligation is to correct the error and, if applicable, assist in filing an amended return at no additional charge.
6. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the professional relationship at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, Delta Tax Force will return all original documents provided by the client and retain copies in accordance with our data retention policy. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain due and payable.
Delta Tax Force reserves the right to withdraw from an engagement if we determine that the client has provided false or misleading information, or if continuation of the engagement would require us to violate applicable laws or professional standards.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Tarrant County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial for any such dispute.
8. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed engagement letter, constitute the entire agreement between you and Delta Tax Force with respect to our services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. Any modification must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Delta Tax Force.
